The Copper Valley Development is a mixed-use master-planned community located in the town of Copperopolis in the Foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The project is comprised of a total of over 2,300 existing and approved for sale residential units, an approved 233,000 SF Town Square with over 87,000 SF built and the majority of the infrastructure completed, and a full suiteof rental options/hotel rooms, all of which are fully entitled. The overall project spans just over 4,000 acres and includes approximately 5.5 miles of frontage along Lake Tulloch.

The Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas presents an investment opportunity in a hotel and residences project with a premier hospitality brand to be located in the heart of The Las Vegas Strip. 780 total units comprised of a 5 star, 326 room hotel with an additional 358 residential suites and 96 ultra-luxury private residences. Restaurants, clubs, retail space, a theater and a casino service visitors and residents alike. The Landowner will retain and operate the casino. The project will have a maximum allowable height of 720 feet and unobstructed, 360-degree views. Total cost is estimated to be 1.7 billion.
