Stanley S. Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Ametrust Investment, LLC. Lee studied economics at the University of Washington and has since developed a variety of commercial real estate properties throughout Washington state, including the Central Bank building, Creekside Plaza, and Eunia Plaza, located in the City of Lynnwood.
Stanley S. Lee received recognition for his role in planning and urban development from the City of Lynnwood and became a member of the Economic Advisory board in 2014. Over the years, Stanley S. Lee has worked on projects involving capital funding and debt financing in excess of two billion dollars.
Dustin Allen is the Chief Operating Officer of Ametrust Investment, LLC. Allen studied Economics and Psychology at Stanford University in 1995. Allen has a broad range of experience in the commercial and residential real estate industries.
In 2003, Allen founded Westgate Capital, LLC, a diversified real estate finance and development company. As President of Westgate Capital, LLC, Allen managed the development of a multi-use high-rise community in Las Vegas valued at over $200 million. During this same period, Allen was responsible for finance, development, sales, accounting, and government affairs of projects in 4 different states. Some of the highlights of Westgate Capital, LLC’s successes include the loan placement of over $200 million in acquisition, construction, and bridge loans for property in Nevada, Arizona, and Washington in 2008 alone. In addition to loan placement, Allen’s development experience spans over 100,000 sq ft of retail, thousands of residential lots, and hundreds of residences in multiple locations. Prior to Allen’s work with Westgate, he served as the Vice President of a securities firm where he managed a $100 million real estate development fund.
In his spare time, Mr. Allen is on the Board of Governors at Canyon Gate Country Club from 2005 until the present time., he is a regular contributor to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Special Olympics, the Boys and Girls Club, and is also a guest commentator for the Las Vegas 51’s, a local AAA Baseball Team.
